The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the copper powder to dilute nitric acid with the amount 10 times the weight parts of the copper powder; then adding sodium nitrate, sodium carbonate and colemanite to the solution, heating the solution to 50-60 DEG C, and stirring with a stirring bar; placing the solution into a drying oven, volatilizing and carrying out material receiving, and collecting a precipitated mixture; and adding sodium chloride and corundum to the mixture, then pulverizing, and mixing.
