Embodiment 1

[0027] (1) First, add about 10g of polyvinyl alcohol to 120mL of water to swell.

[0028] (2) Place (1) in a heat-collecting constant temperature magnetic stirrer at 95°C and stir slowly until it is completely dissolved.

[0029] (3) Cool down (2) to 70°C, add 9g of soluble starch and 15g of activated carbon dissolved in 20mL of water, and mix well.

[0030] (4) Add 32mL of 9% dilute sulfuric acid solution and 12mL of 40% formaldehyde solution, and stir well.

[0031] (5) Place in a constant temperature water bath at 70°C for acetalization reaction to obtain activated carbon / organic composite three-dimensional network pore structure material.

[0032] (6) Place (5) in n-hexane for solvent replacement.

[0033] (7) Take (6) out of n-hexane and fully dry it to obtain the finished activated carbon / organic composite three-dimensional network pore structure material.

Embodiment 2

[0035] (1) First, add about 10g of polyvinyl alcohol to 140mL of water to swell.

[0036] (2) Place (1) in a heat-collecting constant temperature magnetic stirrer at 95°C and stir slowly until it is completely dissolved.

[0037] (3) Cool down (2) to 70°C, add 10g of soluble starch and 10g of activated carbon dissolved in 20mL of water, and mix well.

[0038] (4) Add 32mL of 9% dilute sulfuric acid solution and 8mL of 40% formaldehyde solution, and stir well.

[0039] (5) Place in a constant temperature water bath at 55°C for acetalization reaction to obtain activated carbon / organic composite three-dimensional network pore structure material.

[0040] (6) Place (5) in n-hexane for solvent replacement.

[0041] (7) Take (6) out of n-hexane and fully dry it to obtain the finished activated carbon / organic composite three-dimensional network pore structure material.

Abstract

The invention discloses a spongy activated carbon porous material for oil absorption and decontamination and a preparation process thereof. The defects that activated carbon is powdery, is unable to recycle and cannot fully float on a water surface are overcome, and at the same time, the detects that treatment is incomplete, recycling cannot be achieved and secondary pollution exists in a current oil spill pollution treatment method are also overcome. Through a polymerization reaction of polyvinyl alcohol and formaldehyde and foaming to form pores, the activated carbon/organic composite material which can be reused and has a three-dimensional network pore structure is prepared. Compared with powdery activated carbon and block activated carbon, the prepared flexible composite material has low density of 0.1977 g/cm<3>, can fully float on the water surface in the use process, is conducive to adsorption of floating oil films, and is convenient to recycle and reuse. The prepared porous composite material is spongy, has rich and developed hierarchical pore structure, can effectively solve the problem of marine pollution caused by marine oil spill, further improves the marine climate, makes biological chain circulation back to normal, and makes the ocean restore ecological balance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of environmental engineering materials, and in particular relates to a preparation process of a sponge-like activated carbon / organic composite porous material which can be used for oil absorption and decontamination. Background technique [0002] Oil pollution in China's coastal waters is serious, and the scope of pollution continues to expand. Oil pollution has shifted from the northern sea area to the south, and nutrient and organic pollution are on the rise. Sudden pollution incidents have increased and ecological damage has intensified. According to the China Coastal Waters Environmental Quality Bulletin, in 2007, the measured value of oil in China's coastal waters ranged from undetected to 0.390mg / L, and the rate of samples exceeding the standard was 3.0%. The oil in the oily sewage spreads on the sea surface and forms a dense oil film, which makes the oxygen content in the seawater decrease sharply, causing pl...
