A torsion forming method for a long and thin cylindrical part with an inner spiral curved surface comprises the following steps of (1) blanking, particularly, processing a cylindrical blank with a special-shaped cross-section by extruding a thick-wall pipe with a circular cross-section; (2) heating, particularly, utilizing an induction heating method to conduct sectional heating on the blank formed in step (1) to reach a warm forming temperature or a hot forming temperature of a used material; (3) twisting, particularly, twisting a heated section of the long cylindrical blank with the special-shaped cross-section on a special torsion forming machine until convex ribs on the heated section are twisted to form the inner spiral curved surface; (4) repeating the step (2) and the step (3) in sequence until forming of all blanks is completed; and (5) finishing, particularly, after extruding blanking and twisting processes, adopting micro-plastic processing or micromachining to enable the machined inner spiral curved surface to meet design requirements, and determining whether the finishing step is needed or not according to precision requirements of finished products.
