Abstract

The novel process comprises the following steps: conducting coarse crushing and intermediate crushing on raw ore, conducting first-stage screening on the crushed ore, feeding the ore with the granularity greater than 6 mm into a grinding machine, subjecting the ore with the granularity smaller than or equal to 6 mm to second-stage screening, and processing the ore with granularity greater than 1mm and smaller than 6 mm into concentrate. The novel process is simple in technological procedure, high in finished product ratio and fine in grain shape. The grinding machine dedicated to sand-making by adoption of forsterite has an enclosed ore grinding-screening self-circulation system, so that qualified products can be discharged in time, excessive crushing can be avoided, and the finished product ratio can be effectively improved.
