Problems solved by technology

In the traditional scheme, the filter is often installed on the power supply side, but this method still cannot prevent the harm of the harmonic current to the rectifier transformer itself, that is, the power supply side filter scheme is adopted, and the harmonic current can still flow through each rectifier transformer so as to damage the rectifier transformer itself. Transformers cause undesirable effects such as losses, vibration and noise

Embodiment Construction

[0009] Such as figure 1 As shown, 1 represents the induction filter winding parallel connection type shipboard 12-pulse rectifier transformer with integrated filter reactance and the upper bridge 6-pulse rectifier transformer. Delta connection; 2 indicates that the induction filter winding integrated with the filter reactance is parallel-connected to the shipboard 12-pulse rectifier transformer and the lower bridge 6-pulse rectifier transformer. Connection; 3 and 4 represent the two 6-pulse rectifier transformer bodies of the upper bridge and the lower bridge respectively; 5, 6, 7 and 8 represent the integrated filter reactors integrated on the body 3 and the body 4 respectively. In addition, in figure 1 In the above, the induction filter windings in the rectifier transformers 1 and 2 are connected in parallel to form a parallel delta connection filter winding; the integrated filter reactance 5, 6, 7, 8 can be externally connected with filter capacitors to form a passive filt...

Abstract

The invention discloses a shipborne 12-pulse rectifier transformer applied to a ship power system. The shipborne 12-pulse rectifier transformer comprises two six-pulse rectifier transformers with parallel inductive filtering shielding-type windings employing a delta connection method, wherein each six-pulse rectifier transformer is provided with two sets of integrated reactor windings as filter linear reactors respectively; each integrated reactor winding comprises two segments of sub-windings which are equal in number of turns and opposite in winding direction and are connected with each other in series; and each integrated reactor winding and transformer windings in the corresponding phase are wound on the same core limb. The shipborne 12-pulse rectifier transformer has the advantages that the shipborne 12-pulse rectifier transformer is suitable for a limited ship space; the total volume of rectifier equipment is reduced; the power quality of a ship power supply side is improved; and the harmful effect of a harmonic current on the rectifier transformer is inhibited.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a ship-borne 12-pulse rectifier transformer applied to a ship power system. Background technique [0002] Electric propulsion is the most efficient way of ship propulsion at present. Compared with the past mechanical propulsion method, it has great technical advantages in terms of power efficiency, fuel saving and ship maneuverability. With the development of power electronics technology, power electronic devices are widely used in marine electric propulsion systems. While improving the performance of the propulsion system, it also brings problems such as harmonic pollution to the system. In various types of ships, the 12-pulse rectifier converts the alternating current output by the generator into direct current by cooperating with the rectifying transformer to provide electric energy for the downstream system. Compared with the 6-pulse system, the 12-pulse system can effectively eliminate the influence of low-order harmonics...
