A method comprises the steps that when soil conductivity in each area is lowered to 10% of initial conductivity, the host computer starts the separate charging controller after obtaining the water supplementary amount of each area according to a water-conductivity relation curve; a peristaltic pump first channel module is controlled to supplement water for a high field strength area; and a second channel module and a third channel module are separately controlled to supplement water for a medium field strength area and a low field strength area through electronic flowmeters.
