The invention discloses a construction method of a steel latticework column tower crane foundation for an underground garage without reserving construction joints. The construction method comprises the following steps of determining a tower crane construction scheme; constructing reinforced concrete cast-in-situ piles and steel latticed columns; excavating a tower crane foundation earthwork; cleaning top concrete of the steel latticed columns and welding anchor steel bars; constructing a tower crane foundation; mounting a tower crane; constructing a base plate of the underground garage; constructing a top plate of the underground garage; and dismantling the tower crane foundation. According to the construction method, the excavated volume of the tower crane foundation earthwork is low, and the precipitation and the support of steel sheet piles are avoided; SBS modified asphalt waterproof rolled materials are used to upturn onto the steel latticed columns, clearances between the steel latticed columns and a concrete cushion are cut off, and water-stop steel plates with thickness of 3mm are welded on a circumferential circles of the steel latticed columns, thereby solving the problem of leakage; no construction joints need to be reserved at positions of the base plate of the underground garage and the top plate of the underground garage on the tower crane foundation; and base plate reinforced steel bars and top plate reinforced steel bars penetrate through the steel latticed columns without being broken off, so that the overall safety of the structure is guaranteed, the cost generated by reserving the construction joints is saved, the construction period is shortened, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
