The ternary compound low-alcohol-type biodiesel with the low-temperature fluidity is prepared through the steps that ultrasonic dispersion is conducted on the drainage oil biodiesel, the lower-carbon alcohol and the direct coal liquefaction diesel for 15 min to 20 min at room temperature, and standing is conducted for 4 h to 5 h.
