Abstract

The invention discloses a 10-axis motor no-load testing system, which comprises bus cables, knob switches, contactor coils, servo motor power cables, servo motor signal cables, drivers and servo motors, wherein the bus cables are connected with the knob switches and the contactor coils, each knob switch is connected with the corresponding contactor coil in series to form a closed loop, and the bus cables are connected with contactors. The 10-axis motor no-load testing system can be used for monitoring operation situations of ten motors simultaneously in the data monitoring aspect since all the servo motors to be tested are controlled by one PLC, thereby reducing complex programs of the system; and the 10-axis motor no-load testing system controls power supply of drivers by using the contactors, is provided with power supply indicating lamps, integrates the switches on an operation panel, and brings convenience for the operation and observation of the tester.
