The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following steps: carrying out heating reflux extraction on rhizome of oplopanax elatus by the use of 50% ethanol so as to obtain an ethanol extract, suspending the ethanol extract in water to carry out AB-8 macroporous resin adsorption, respectively eluting with water, 30% ethanol and 60% ethanol, concentrating 60% ethanol eluate, and drying to prepare active ingredient extract of oplopanax elatus; decocting acathopanax senticosus with water to obtain an extract, suspending the extract in water to carry out D101 macroporous resin adsorption, respectively eluting with water, 50% ethanol and 95% ethanol, concentrating 50% ethanol eluate, and drying to prepare an active ingredient extract of acathopanax senticosus; and mixing the active ingredient extract of oplopanax elatus and the active ingredient extract of acathopanax senticosus in proportion to prepare capsules, tablets, granules, pills, an oral liquid and an injection.
