A photovoltaic CCD optically-controlled access system is disclosed. The system comprises a receiving antenna, a signal processing circuit, a power supply circuit and a white-light LED. A main controller is a single-chip microcomputer, and is used for controlling an audio encoding and decoding machine to perform voice data collection and compressed encoding and sending the collected data to an LED drive circuit through a serial port. The LED drive circuit sends on-off signals according to instructions. A photoelectric detection module controls a PD light sensitive tube to receive optical signals and to send the optical signals to the main controller. The main controller sends the received data to the audio encoding and decoding machine to perform decoding and outputting.
