The integrated device comprises a hydroenergy power generation module, a sea water desalination module and a circuit control circuit, wherein a first end of a controller is connected with a power generator of the hydroenergy power generation module; a second end of the controller is connected with a sea water pump, a booster pump and a high-pressure pump of the sea water desalination module in parallel through a voltage stabilizer; a third end of the controller is connected with a power transmission mechanism; after the first end and the second end of the controller are connected, the sea water desalination module receives a sea water desalination signal of the circuit control module to start a sea water desalination mode; and after the first end and the third end of the controller are connected, the hydroenergy power generation module receives a power generation signal of the circuit control module to start a power generation mode.
