Embodiment 1

[0026] A method for grafting and cutting propagation of Chinese rose, comprising the following steps:

[0027] Step S1: After the rose enters the dormant period, select robust, disease-free and full-bodied rose branches, classify them in batches and cut them to obtain scions, and then classify them in batches to disinfect the scions, first using a mass ratio of 1:1000 Potassium permanganate solution disinfection, then soak 12 minutes with the carbendazim solution of mass ratio 1:1200;

[0028] Step S2: Select roses with even and solid branches, cut 15-20 centimeters, and use them as rootstocks, sterilize the rootstocks, and cut off the rootstocks;

[0029] The disinfection treatment method of this step is the same as step S1;

[0030] Step S3: Grafting the buds on the scion to the rootstock from which the root buds have been removed by bud grafting, using a plastic tape to bind the edges tightly from bottom to top to obtain the root spikes;

Embodiment 3

[0055] A method for grafting and cutting propagation of Chinese rose, comprising the following steps:

[0056] Step S1: After the rose enters the dormant period, select robust, disease-free and full-bodied rose branches, classify them in batches and cut them to obtain scions, and then classify them in batches to disinfect the scions, first using a mass ratio of 1:1000 Potassium permanganate solution disinfection, then soak 15 minutes with the carbendazim solution of mass ratio 1:1500;

[0057] Step S2: Select roses with even and solid branches, cut 15-20 centimeters, and use them as rootstocks. After the rootstocks are disinfected, cut off the root buds; the disinfection treatment method of this step is the same as that of step S1;

Abstract

The invention provides a Chinese rose grafting cutting propagation method and belongs to the technical field of Chinese rose cultivation. The method includes following steps: after Chinese rose enters a dormant period, selecting a Chinese rose branch, cutting to obtain a scion, and disinfecting the scion; selecting rose, cutting 15-20cm of the rose as a stock, disinfecting the stock, and cutting off a stock bud; grafting a bud on the scion onto the stock with the stock bud removed by means of bud grafting, and binding firmly to obtain a stock ear; setting up an arched shed, making a bed pool in the arched shed, uniformly laying crop straw at the bottom of the bed pool, uniformly spreading fine sand on the upper portion of the crop straw, and flattening the surface of the fine sand; inserting the stock ear into a seedling bed, watering the seedling bed after cutting is finished, and closing the shed; controlling humidity inside the arched shed and humidity of the seedling bed, spraying bactericide after the stock ear sprouts, ventilating for hardening on early April of the next year, and outplanting. The method is easy in cuttage, free of damage to roots during seedling lifting and high in production efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of rose cultivation, and in particular relates to a method for grafting and cutting propagation of roses. Background technique [0002] Chinese rose, also known as Changchun flower and Yueyuehong, is a plant of the genus Rosa in the Rosaceae family. Rose flowers are beautiful in color, colorful and very showy; they open on a monthly basis and have a long flowering period. In the garden, they can be planted in pieces or planted in flower beds and flower borders to make flower baskets and garlands, bonsai, etc. They are cultivated all over the country and are important in the world. Ornamental flowers are also one of the top ten famous flowers in my country. [0003] At present, the propagation methods of rose mainly include cutting propagation, grafting propagation or in vitro tissue culture propagation. In vitro tissue culture propagation requires facilities and high investment. At present, cutting propagati...
