Abstract

The invention discloses a method for hydraulic tailing flushing and filling damming through mold bag boundaries. The method comprises the steps that a weak foundation on a tailing beach is reinforced firstly, and the subgrade bearing capacity of loaded sub-dams is improved; the sub-dams are built by stages by adopting tailing-filled mold bags as the boundaries of the sub-dams, specifically, the stacking height each stage is 10-15 m; dam bodies of the middle portion formed by stacking the mold bag sub-dams are built in a filled mode through a hydraulic flushing and filling method, and the top width of the dam bodies is larger than the required minimum dry beach length of a tailing pond; and flow areas on the tops of the dam bodies formed through hydraulic flushing and filling are reinforced, after the sufficient bearing capacity is achieved, the mold bag sub-dams are adopted for capping, and then damming is completed. According to the method, the requirement for intensity of filling operation for the mold bags is low, the thickness of traditional mold bag sub-dams can be significantly increased, meanwhile, the dry beach length of the tailing pond is increased, and the flood prevention capacity and stability of the tailing pond are improved.
