The amino acid shampoo comprises a phase A, a phase B and a phase C, wherein the phase A comprises, by weight, 20-40% of water, 1-20% of sodium cocoyl apple amino acids, 1-20% of sodium lauroyl sarcosine, 0.1-3% of quaternary ammonium salt 18, 1-20% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 1-10% of an amino acid thickening agent and 1-5% of 1,3-propanediol; the phase B comprises, by weight, 0.2-2% of chitosan succinamide, 0.1-2% of citrus paradisi fruit extract, 0.1-5% of vegetable fat and 0.1-2% of a fragrance agent; the phase C comprises, by weight, 0.5-10% of plant extracts. The amino acid shampoo has advantages that by replacement of traditional sulfate surfactants with amino acid surfactants and betaine surfactants, the amino acid shampoo is mild, free of irritation, stable in foam and excellent in detergency, and a pH value of the shampoo is close to that of the human scalp, so that damages of a pH environment of the scalp are avoided.
