Abstract

The invention discloses a microgrid-based regional interconnection system and method for electric vehicle charging stations. The system is established in a layered architecture mode and comprises a central control unit, regional coordination scheduling units, microgrid data scheduling units and electric vehicle charging station units. The control unit is a control unit of a highest layer, takes charge of scheduling allocation of the regional coordination scheduling units, and sends a decision and an allocation instruction to each layer. The regional coordination scheduling units are in charge of integrating data in regions, transmitting the data to a data knowledge base, and transmitting the decision and the instruction of the central control unit to other units. The microgrid data scheduling units monitor running states of a distributed power generation system and an energy storage apparatus, acquire electric quantity data in a microgrid, and transmit the electric quantity data to the regional coordination scheduling units through soft buses. The electric vehicle charging station units acquire data of the charging stations in the regions and transmit the data to the regional coordination scheduling units on one hand, and perform energy management of local battery energy storage units on the other hand. According to the system and the method, the charging stations can be better served and the resources are reasonably allocated for realizing microgrid energy scheduling.
