The method is implemented by the steps of 1, performing gray processing on original images to obtain gray images; 2, performing differential operation on two adjacent frames in three continuous frames of the gray images to obtain two differential images; 3, performing isoperimetric ratio segmentation on the two differential images to obtain two segmented images; 4, performing intersection operation on the two segmented images to obtain a double-differential image; and 5, performing morphological filtering on the double-differential image, and determining a target range, thereby realizing effective detection of a target.
