The AlphaLISA detection kit comprises a clenbuterol standard product, a ractopamine standard product, biotinylated clenbuterol, biotinylated ractopamine, an anti-clenbuterol monoclonal antibody, an anti-ractopamine monoclonal antibody, streptavidin donor micro beads, anti-mouse IgG coated receptor micro beads, a detection buffer solution, a white reaction plate and a sealing film, wherein the streptavidin donor micro beads comprise 100mu g / ml donor micro beads, and the anti-mouse IgG coated receptor micro beads comprise 100 mu g / ml receptor micro beads.
