Abstract

The invention relates to a crosslinked konjac glucomannan microsphere and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of gulcomannan. The microsphere comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of konjac fine powder, 3-5 parts of formaldehyde, 3-5 parts of glutaraldehyde, 5-10 parts of sodium hydroxide, 10-20 parts of hydrochloric acid, 30-50 parts of alcohol and 100-200 parts of deionized water. By utilizing the property of konjac glucomannan particles, the konjac glucomannan microsphere which is swellable but insoluble in water is prepared and can be used as a carrier for medical adsorbents by virtue of excellent biocompatibility and a large number of hydroxide radicals for modification.
