The base metal and welding process parameters of the three batches of welding wire are shown in Table 2. After welding, the mechanical performance test and seawater natural immersion potential measurement were carried out on the obtained deposited metal. The test results are shown in Table 3.

Abstract

The invention discloses a high-performance and high-temperature-resistant nickel-based special welding wire. The content of Ni in the welding wire is 60wt%-71wt%; the welding wire is prepared from flux core chemical components in percentage by weight as follows: 5.0%-9.0% of sintering powder, 0.21%-0.7% of Fe3O4, 0.15%-1.0% of TiO2, 0.15%-0.5% of Al, 0-0.4% of Ti, 0.1%-0.5% of Si, 2.0%-3.5% of Mn, 0-0.4% of Mo , 0.5%-1.1% of Ni, 0.1%-0.4% of Cr, 0-0.3% of Cu and 1.10%-2.0% of Fe; and the combination of the flux core chemical components accounts for 13.0%-15.5% of the weight of the welding wire. With the flux-cored welding wire produced from flux core powder prepared and processed according to the formula, welding can be performed under the gas protection, and the wire meets application requirements of ship and ocean engineering.
