Abstract
The invention discloses a high-performance gap elbow. The high-performance gap elbow comprises a first joint and a second joint; the first joint and the second joint are connected through a bending pipe; the bending pipe is a multilayer structure consisting of a titanium pipe, a copper pipe and a carbon steel pipe in sequence from inside to outside; the titanium pipe, the copper pipe and the carbon steel pipe are fused with each other; the pipe wall of the copper pipe is a composite casting structure; multiple stainless steel ribs are arranged in the pipe wall of the copper pipe in the radial direction of the pipe body; the stainless steel ribs are distributed by center symmetry with the center shaft of the copper pipe as center; and the ratio of the diameters of the stainless steel ribs to the thickness of the copper pipe is 1: 2. The high-performance gap elbow is mainly formed by fusing three layers of pipes, wherein the copper pipe in middle is not a homogeneous metal pipe; multiple stainless steel ribs are fused in the pipe wall of the copper pipe through a composite casting mode; the stainless steel ribs greatly improve the mechanical performance and the toughness of the whole elbow bending part; and even if a larger angle is bent, the breakage is not easy to generate.
