Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of 1-peroxytertbutyl-3-(triethoxysilyl)propane and belongs to the technical field of synthesis of organic compounds. According to the method provided by the invention, a molecular structure of a compound can have two functional groups with different functions, wherein peroxy groups of peroxytertbutyl can be decomposed to generate free radicals, so that free radical polymerization is initiated; furthermore, a plurality of ethoxy radicals in triethoxysilyl can be hydrolyzed with inorganic particles with hydroxyl on the surfaces, including TiO2 and the like, and are used for inorganic particle surface modification, so that aspects which cannot be realized by an existing functional organic compound are realized. The 1-peroxytertbutyl-3-(triethoxysilyl)propane is prepared from the following raw materials according to weight ratios: 3g to 8g of tertbutyl hydroperoxide, 5g of n-hexane, 3g of anhydrous magnesium sulfate, 8g of 3-chloropropyltriethoxysilane, 15ml of anhydrous toluene, 0.08g to 0.16g of ferric trichloride, 45ml of methanol and 200ml of a sodium hydroxide solution.
