Embodiment Construction

[0021] The time-resolved spectral measurement method of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0022] The system for obtaining time-resolved spectra based on filtering technology in the present invention is as follows: figure 1 Shown, including filter unit, photodetector and oscilloscope. The filter unit selects the wavelength band of the input optical signal for filtering, so that at the incident angle θ i Only the corresponding band λ i (θ i ) to pass through. The photodetector is arranged on the transmission optical axis of the filter unit, and is used for converting the transmitted optical signal corresponding to the wavelength band into an electrical signal. The oscilloscope is connected with the photodetector, and is used for obtaining and storing the decay curve of the electrical signal intensity output by the photodetector with time.

Abstract

The invention discloses a system for acquiring a time-resolved spectrum on the basis of a filter technology and an acquiring method of the system, and relates to a filter technology and a time-resolved spectrum test technology. The acquiring method comprises the following steps: carrying out frequency selection on optical signals by using a light filtering unit so that photons of various wave bands of the optical signals selectively penetrate through a light filter; then converting the corresponding optical signals into electric signals by using a photoelectric detector, and measuring an attenuation curve of the strength of the electric signals along with time by using an oscilloscope, wherein the attenuation curve is attenuation of the strength of the optical signals of the corresponding wave bands along with the time; and finally integrating data of light intensity, which is attenuated along with time, of the optical signals in all the wave bands to obtain the time-resolved spectrum chart of the optical signals. The acquiring method for the time-resolved spectrum is simple in principle and easy to implement; meanwhile, measurement cost is greatly reduced; and novel thinking and methods are provided for scientific research and enterprises to obtain the time-resolved spectrum.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of spectrum measurement, and in particular relates to a system and an acquisition method for obtaining time-resolved spectra based on filtering technology. Background technique [0002] Time-resolved spectroscopy is an emerging academic field developed on the basis of traditional spectroscopy combined with optical pulse technology and weak, transient optical signal detection methods. When the luminescent material is excited by a short pulse laser, its luminous intensity is a function of wavelength and time. Measuring a time-resolved spectrum is actually measuring the luminous intensity I(λ,t) as a binary function of wavelength and time. Many physical processes of carriers in materials can be obtained by measuring time-resolved spectra, such as radiative transitions, non-radiative transitions and their relaxation, transport processes, etc. of carriers in materials. [0003] The measurement method of the tim...
