Abstract

The preparation method comprises the steps of (A) adding red phosphorus to a ball mill so as to be refined, and drying for 10 to 15 h at 50 to 60 DEG C, so that pretreated red phosphorus is obtained; (B) adding zinc sulfate, borax, zinc oxide and hydroquinone to a reactor which contains distilled water, adding the pretreated red phosphorus obtained in the step (A) after complete dissolution, stirring for reaction for 7 to 10 h at 90 to 100 DEG C, finally, filtering, washing and drying, so that inorganically coated red phosphorus is obtained; (C) uniformly mixing phenolic resin and alcohol, and then adding the inorganically coated red phosphorus obtained in the step (B), PP and PE, so that a mixture is obtained; (D) adding the mixture obtained in the step (C) into a screw extruder so as to be plastified, fused, extruded and granulated, so that a PP-PE alloy material is obtained.The PP-PE alloy prepared by adopting the preparation method has the advantage of excellent flame retardation.
