The invention discloses a seedling raising method of orthosiphon aristatus, comprising the following steps: (1) preparation of a cutting medium: uniformly blending sandy loamy soil, plant ash, particulate tobacco stems, perlite and fermented bagasse, disinfecting and sterilizing for later use; (2) preparation of a rooting agent: dissolving 25-50mg of sodium chloride, 5-10mg of algal polysaccharides, 5-10mg of europium nitrate and 1-5mg of samarium nitrate in 1kg of water, uniformly blending for later use; (3) selection and cutting of branches: selecting 1-2 year old strong branches as cutting shoots, dipping the base parts of the cutting shoots in a 0.1% potassium permanganate solution for 1-2min for disinfection, soaking the cutting shoots in the rooting agent, then inserting the cutting shoots into the cutting medium; and (4) field management.
