The treatment system comprises a micro-flocculation tank, a membrane reaction tank, a suction pump, an active carbon filter tank and a clean water tank, wherein the micro-flocculation tank is used for enabling raw water to be subjected to mixed reaction with a flocculation agent; the membrane reaction tank is provided with a ceramic membrane assembly and an ozone aerator; the ozone aerator is arranged below the ceramic membrane assembly; the ozone aerator is used for carrying out ozone aeration on the surface of the ceramic membrane assembly; the ceramic membrane assembly is used for carrying interception treatment on a mixed solution; the suction pump is used for pumping treated water passing through the ceramic membrane assembly to the active carbon filter tank; a water outlet of the active carbon filter tank is connected with the clean water tank; the treated water is filtered by the active carbon filter tank to remove the organic matters and the ammonia nitrogen so as to form the potable water and the potable water is discharged to the clean water tank.
