Embodiment 1

[0029] Such as figure 1 As shown, it is a schematic structural diagram of a heat recovery system for exhausting organic particulate matter according to the present invention, including a spray tower 5, a heat exchanger 12, a detection unit and a control unit.

[0030] The bottom end in the spray tower 5 is provided with a hot well pool 7 . A bacteriostatic device 8 is provided in the hot well pool 7 . The bottom of the hot well pool 7 is provided with a drain valve. The side wall of the spray tower 5 is provided with an air inlet 6, and the upper end of the spray tower 5 is provided with an air outlet 1, and a heat exchange nozzle 4 is arranged between the air outlet 1 and the air inlet 6, and a heat exchange nozzle 4 is arranged above the heat exchange nozzle 4. There is a cleaning nozzle 2, which is used for spraying a sterilizing agent, and a water retaining device 3 is arranged between the cleaning nozzle 2 and the heat exchange nozzle 4. In this embodiment, a smooth an...

Embodiment 2

[0038] The present invention also provides a heat recovery method for exhausting organic particulate matter, which specifically includes the following steps:

[0039] S1. Turn off the heat exchange nozzle and circulation pump, and let hot air flow in from the air inlet to sterilize the spray tower;

[0040] Hot air sterilization is carried out before the heat exchange in the spray tower 5, the heat exchange nozzle 4 and the circulating pump 11 are closed, and the circulating water system does not work. At this time, only the high-temperature exhaust air enters the spray tower 5 from the air inlet 6, and then enters the atmosphere from the air outlet 1; the spray tower 5 is sterilized by the high temperature of the exhaust air.

[0041] S2. After the sterilization continues for a set time, turn on the circulation pump and the heat exchange nozzle for heat recovery, and detect whether the microbial content exceeds the standard during the heat recovery process;

[0042] S3. If i...

Abstract

The invention provides a heat recovery system for exhaust air of organic particle matters. The heat recovery system comprises a spray tower, a heat exchanger, a detection unit for detecting the content of microorganisms, and a control unit, wherein a hot well pool connected with the heat exchanger is arranged in the spray tower; an air inlet is formed in a side wall of the spray tower; an exhaust opening is formed in the upper end of the spray tower; heat exchange nozzles connected with the heat exchanger are arranged between the air inlet and the exhaust opening; washing nozzles are arranged above the heat exchange nozzles; the detection unit, the heat exchange nozzles and the washing nozzles are separately connected with the control unit; and the control unit is used for controlling the opening and the closing of the heat exchange nozzles and the washing nozzles. The invention further provides a heat recovery method for exhaust air of organic particle matters. The heat recovery method comprises the steps of: closing the heat exchange nozzles and a circulating pump, and introducing hot air through the air inlet for sterilization; after a set period, starting the circulating pump and the heat exchange nozzles, and detecting the content of the microorganisms; and if the content of the microorganisms exceeds the standard, repeating hot-air sterilization. Through the adoption of the heat recovery system provided by the invention, the heat of exhaust air of the organic particle matters can be efficiently recovered, and the microorganisms can be cleared up, so that the service life is prolonged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of exhaust waste heat recovery of organic particles, in particular to a heat recovery system and method for exhausting organic particles. Background technique [0002] The gaseous waste discharged by industry often contains a lot of organic or inorganic particulate matter. At the same time, there is a huge amount of recoverable heat in these high-temperature industrial exhaust air, which not only includes sensible heat, but also contains rich latent heat resources; [0003] At present, there are mainly two methods for recovering heat contained in industrial exhaust air: indirect heat exchange and direct heat exchange. Indirect heat exchange means that the exhaust air and the heat transfer agent enter the two sides of the heat exchanger respectively, so that the heat in the exhaust air is transferred to the heat transfer agent through heat exchange to realize heat recovery; this method can be used for preheat...
