Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of image measurement, and provides a kinematic measurement method and device for a large multi-plate wave simulation system. When kinematic measurement is performed on a wave maker, a video camera is used for acquiring field images, a mark point on each wave making plate is recognized in an image processing plate, and a central position is calculated. The central position is compared with an initial position, and image shifting is calculated and transformed into displacement in a physical space according to calibration parameters. Next, data are transmitted to a computer by an EtherCAT network, and then the data are encoded and recognized. Finally, a kinematic measurement value and a target value of each wave making plate are compared and analyzed in the computer, so that kinematic information of the wave maker is acquired. The method sufficiently solves the problems of target recognition difficulty and kinematic tracking instability caused by non-uniform experimental field illumination in kinematic measurement of the wave maker, and solves the problems of large image analysis algorithm time consumption and low multi-camera system data transmission efficiency.
