Embodiment 1

[0034] This example involves the problem that existing graphene sponge products are limited by equipment in size and poor in flexibility. Provide a method for compounding graphene sponge and polydimethylsiloxane to prepare flexible composite materials with high conductivity and high electromagnetic shielding:

[0035]1. Preparation of graphene oxide: 20g of natural flake graphite was added to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid to prepare a mixture, and stirred at 500r / min for 40min. Add potassium permanganate 7 times afterwards (time interval is 20min), adjust stirring temperature and speed to be 35 ℃, 500r / min, and be placed in the constant temperature stirring of 5h in the water bath, then add the stirring mixture to ice water, and add to Add hydrogen peroxide with a mass fraction of 30% in ice water to obtain a graphene suspension, and finally filter the graphene oxide suspension, centrifuge and wash to obtain graphene oxide, and finally dilute it with deionized water at a co...

Abstract

The present invention belongs to a method for composite preparation of high-conductivity and high electromagnetic shielding flexible composite materials through adoption of graphene sponge and polydimethylsiloxane, belonging to the technical field of high-conductivity flexible composite materials. The objective of the invention is to solve the problems that current graphene sponge products are limited in size by a device and bad in flexibility. The method comprises: 1, preparing oxidized grapheme sponge; 2, performing reduction of the oxidized grapheme sponge through adoption of hydrazine hydrate vapor; 3; performing compression; 4, performing heat treatment; 5, pouring in PDMS solution; and 6, performing vacuum solidification to namely obtain PDMS / grapheme sponge composite materials. The PDMS / grapheme sponge composite materials obtained in the invention have good flexibility and a good electromagnetic shielding performance which can reach 59dB (2mm), the electrical conductivity of the PDMS / grapheme sponge composite materials is 1.03S / cm, and the PDMS / grapheme sponge composite materials have the utilization potentiality in the electromagnetic shielding field; and moreover, the preparation method can be widely applied in the industrial production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of highly conductive and flexible composite materials; in particular, it relates to a method for compounding and preparing highly conductive and high electromagnetic shielding flexible composite materials by using graphene sponge and polydimethylsiloxane. Background technique [0002] Graphene has only one layer of carbon atoms and is tightly packed into a two-dimensional honeycomb lattice structure. Each carbon atom forms a covalent bond with three adjacent carbon atoms. Each carbon atom in graphene has one s orbital and three p orbitals, among which the s orbital and two p orbitals form chemical bonds with the surrounding three adjacent carbon atoms, which do not contribute to the conductivity of graphene, while the remaining One p orbital is hybridized with each other to form valence band and conduction band, which affects the electrical properties of graphene. This unique two-dimensional structure endow...
