Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving contamination and corrosion conditions of a biomass boiler. The method comprises the steps that 1, an agent is prepared, specifically, silica sol with the content of silicon dioxide being 30% and alumina sol with the content of aluminium oxide being 15% are mixed, wherein the mixing ratio is that the silicon-aluminum ratio is between 1 and 3, then a proper amount of ultrapure water is added, and the mixture is uniformly stirred so as to obtain the required agent; 2, 4-8 nozzles are uniformly arranged at the positions, with the temperature being 800-1000 DEG C, of the boiler, and the jetting range is ensured to completely cover the whole cross section of the boiler; and 3, the agent is fed into a boiler hearth by using a water pump, moisture in the agent is rapidly evaporated through a high-temperature environment in the hearth, the nanoscale silicon dioxide and the nano-scale aluminum oxide can react with gas-phase potassium in flue gas to generate a non-volatile substance with the high melting point.
