The novel extruded, drawn and sectioned equal-width fan blades are adopted in the cooling tower to replace traditional fan blades to increase a working area of the fan blades; the gas turbulators customized according to a size space of a crossbeam are mounted on the crossbeam in the cooling tower to improve the balance between a wind resistance and wind power in the tower; a water distribution system of the cooling tower adopts a water distribution manner of the inner rotary type upper spraying nozzles, such that heat exchange time of steam can be increased, the heat exchange of part of padding of the cooling can be replaced, a height of the padding can be effectively reduced, and the wind resistance of the padding is reduced.
