The invention discloses a resistive sensor array measurement device, wherein the resistive sensor array is the resistive sensor array in which a line wire and a row wire are shared. The measurement device comprises the components of a standard resistor line which comprises N standard resistors in one line and is added in the resistive sensor array, thereby obtaining a new (M+1)*N resistor array in which the line wire and the row wire are shared; (M+1) operational amplifiers which are in one-to-one correspondence with (M+1) line wires of the resistor array, wherein the inverting input end and the output end of each operational amplifier are respectively connected with a corresponding line wire through a connecting wire; and a controller which is provided with at least (M+1) IO ports and at least N ADC sampling ports, wherein the (M+1) IO ports are in connection with the non-inverting input end of (M+1) operational amplifiers in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and furthermore the N ADC sampling ports are in connection with N row wires of the new resistor array in one-to-one correspondence. The invention further discloses a resistive sensor array measurement method. The resistive sensor array measurement device and the resistive sensor array measurement method have higher measurement precision and wider measuring range.
