Embodiment 1

[0020] Example 1: The detailed steps of using food web stability to evaluate the implementation effect of wetland ecological water replenishment

[0021] (1) Investigation of degraded wetland ecological water replenishment area:

[0022] Conduct field surveys and samples for primary producers such as wetland sediments, suspended particles in water bodies, benthic microalgae, and dominant species of vegetation, and consumers such as macrobenthic organisms, fish, and birds. Under the premise of not affecting the normal hatching of birds , to collect egg shells near the nesting area of the study area. Determine the ecological environment characteristics, species, quantity and biomass of the wetland.

[0023] (2) Determine the relationship between the nutritional structure of the food web in the wetland ecosystem:

[0024] Stable isotope ratio mass spectrometer was used to determine the carbon and nitrogen stable isotope content of sediments collected in the field, suspended p...

Embodiment 2

[0087] Embodiment 2: The following is a detailed description of a degraded wetland ecological water replenishment project in northern my country as a specific case

[0088] (1) Investigation of wetland ecological water replenishment area

[0089] A degraded wetland is located in the northern inland area, with four distinct seasons and good light and heat conditions. It is a water storage depression formed by a river system. Since 1997, ecological water replenishment has been implemented, with an average of 1-2 times a year. According to historical data and field investigation, it is determined that the main producers in this area are reed, cattail, hornwort and phytoplankton. The main consumers are zooplankton, patina snails, pear-shaped snails, Chinese round snails, red snails, yellow sand loach, and wheat ear fish.

[0090] (2) Determine the nutritional structure relationship of the food web in the wetland ecosystem

[0091] Determine the C and N stable isotopes of each pr...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for evaluating effects of implementing water ecological compensation in a wetland by using the stability of a food cycle. The method includes the following steps: 1. conducting survey on existing species in a wetland which is to perform water ecological compensation; 2. determining trophic structure and nutrient relations in the food cycle of the wetland ecosystem; 3. establishing a competition relation model and a procedure-oriented model of the food cycle of the wetland ecosystem; and 4. based on the stability of the food cycle, evaluating the effects of implementing water ecological compensation in the wetland. According to the invention, the method, based on wetland ecosystem, uses the technology of stable carbon and nitrogen isotope and the trophic structure of the food cycle, establishes models in the food cycle of the deteriorated wetland ecosystem, and increases the accuracy and reasonability of the model; by analyzing the structure stability of the food cycle, evaluates the effects of implementing water ecological compensation in the deteriorated wetland, and increases the result of the evaluation in a scientific and practical manner.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of ecological restoration, and in particular relates to a method for evaluating the implementation effect of ecological water replenishment in degraded wetlands by using food web stability. Background technique [0002] Under the dual stresses of human activities and global climate change, the sharp drop in inflow and water shortage have become the main bottlenecks faced by most natural wetlands, which in turn led to significant wetland ecological degradation, such as area shrinkage, species composition decline, and biodiversity Reduced sex, simplification of the food chain, imbalance of the ecosystem, etc. The degradation of the wetland system has also become a key obstacle to its normal ecosystem service function. Restoring wetland hydrological conditions is the key to wetland restoration and management. [0003] Aiming at the status quo of wetland water resources, a large number of scientific research and restora...
