The invention provides an improved procedure for the precise quantitation of organic oxidants in a solution with hydrogen peroxide in which the peroxide is removed by the addition of catalase to scavenge the same. Surprisingly, the catalase does not affect the organic oxidant, and the procedure can accurately quantitate even minute amounts of the organic oxidant. A system and a method of performing a frameless image-guided biopsy uses imaging, a six-dimensional robotic couch system, a laser guidance system, an optical distance indicator, and a needle control apparatus. A planning CT scan is made of the patient with stereotactic fiduciary markers to localize and produce digitally reconstructed radiographs. Two stereoscopic images are generated using an imaging device to visualize and identify a target tumor. The images are fused with the digitally reconstructed radiographs of the planning CT scan to process tumor location. The tumor location data are communicated to the movable robotic couch to position the target tumor of the patient at a known isocenter location. A biopsy needle is guided with a laser alignment mechanism towards the isocenter at the determined depth using a needle positioning apparatus and an Optical Distance Indicator, and a biopsy sample of the target tumor is obtained.

The technology comprises the following technical steps of 1, oil deposit area substance streamline simulation phase, wherein the phase focuses on the comprehensive analysis of the oil deposit, particularly the dynamic description and research phase of the four-dimensional oil deposit; and 2, modeling on the preferential channel identification technology for the secondary development of the mature oil field, specifically including fine geologically modeling, processing by using dynamic heterogeneous model and establishing a comprehensive adjustment and development scheme; the specific processes are as shown in figure 1. The technology provided by the invention is unique and novel in theory, applicable to the secondary development of the old producing area, in particular applicable to the secondary oil exploitation of the oil field in northeast and other old industrial bases, and is accurate and reliable; the technology provided by the invention can play a role in decreasing cost and increasing benefit, and in particular applicable to the deflationary environment with continuously decreased international oil price and gloomy economy.

An apparatus useful for sharpening blades includes a blade support, a sharpener guide mounted to the blade support, and a sharpener mount. The sharpener guide includes an elongated guide member defining a sharpening axis extending substantially parallel to a blade axis defined by the blade support. An electric toothbrush having a central longitudinal axis is disclosed. The electric toothbrush has a brush head having a bristle roll shaft with a plurality of bristle tufts radially and outwardly disposed thereon, thereby forming a bristle roll covered by the cover member. The bristle roll shaft, the horizontal drive shaft and the central drive shaft are operatively connected by a belt and pulley system and a bevel gear system, causing the bended or angle feature of the toothbrush head. The central drive shaft and the horizontal drive shaft cause a one-way forward rotating motion of the bristle roll. The positions of orthodontic appliances such as brackets and buccal tubes on a patient's teeth are determined using digital data that represents the shapes of the patient's teeth. Certain landmarks of the teeth such as the marginal ridges are determined using software, and the software adjusts positions of the virtual appliances on the teeth as needed in order to bring the marginal ridges into proper alignment at the conclusion of treatment.
