[0028] In this example, two kinds of straight-run diesel oils A and B were used as feedstock oils. The catalysts were all commercial catalysts developed by Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute. The hydrocracking reaction zone was filled with FC-50 hydrocracking catalyst. The hydrofinishing reaction zone is filled with FF-46 hydrofinishing catalyst, and the specific operation process used is shown in the attached figure 1 . In the embodiment, the form of two reactors connected in series is adopted. Abstract

The invention discloses a hydrocracking method for producing jet fuel by straight-run diesel oil. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a straight-run diesel oil raw material with hydrogen gas, without the need of carrying out hydrogenation treatment; directly enabling a mixture to enter a hydrocracking reaction region; enabling the mixture to be in contact with a hydrocracking catalyst and carrying out hydrocracking reaction; (2) after cooling a full-fraction hydrocracking product obtained by step (1), enabling the product to enter a hydrogenation refining reaction region; under a condition of relatively low temperature and / or a large volume space velocity, carrying out aromatic hydrogenation saturation reaction, hydrogenation and desulfurization reaction and hydrogenation and denitrification reaction; (3) enabling a refined full-fraction product obtained by step (2) to enter a separation and fractionation system, so as to obtain naphtha and jet fuel products. Compared with the prior art, the method disclosed by the invention can be used for producing the straight-run diesel oil into the jet fuel at maximum.
