Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of automobile testing control, and relates to a finished automobile CAN (Controller Area Network) network automatic testing platform and an optimization method thereof. The testing platform comprises to-be-tested controllers, a simulation device and a host which are sequentially connected; the to-be-tested controllers are connected to an indication instrument; and the simulation device comprises a CANoe unit, a CAN bus interferometer and a CAN bus digital oscilloscope. The optimization method comprises the steps of: simulating the to-be-tested controller of each node on a vehicle by the CANoe unit, carrying out modeling on each to-be-tested controller, and carrying out testing on node data on a CAN network by utilizing an established model; testing an application layer, a physical layer and a data link layer of the CAN network; and in a real load case, monitoring communication capacity of the CAN network by the CANoe unit, carrying out comparison analysis with testing results obtained in the first two steps, and carrying out modification or regulation on the CAN network. The testing platform and the optimization method thereof, which are disclosed by the invention, are high in efficiency and good in expansibility, an error rate of data transmission is effectively reduced, and reliability of communication is ensured.
