Problems solved by technology

[0006] In the prior art, there are precedents of using the two together to treat wastewater. For example, the Chinese invention patent with the publication number CN 1636893 A discloses a method for treating wastewater by combining light-assisted Fenton reaction, flocculation and microbial degradation. For the treatment of high-concentration toxic organic wastewater, it first performs photo-assisted Fenton reaction, then adds flocculant for flocculation, and finally performs microbial degradation treatment. The combination of three technologies can achieve a COD removal rate of more than 76.2% for toxic organic wastewater , but the effect of using it to treat cellulose wastewater has yet to be verified, and a large amount of iron salt waste sludge by-products will be produced during the treatment process, which increases the treatment cost and pollutes the environment

Abstract

The invention discloses a cellulose wastewater treatment technology and relates to the technical field of wastewater treatment. The cellulose wastewater treatment technology comprises the following steps: (1) primary quality regulation: regulating a pH value of wastewater to 2-5; (2) illumination oxidization: adding an oxidant in the wastewater subjected to primary quality regulation, and performing illumination oxidization treatment with the treatment time being 0.5-10h; (3) secondary quality regulation: regulating a pH value of the wastewater subjected to illumination oxidization to 6-8; and (4) biochemical treatment: performing biological oxidization treatment on the wastewater subjected to secondary quality regulation. The technology can still reach relatively high COD removal rate without adopting a ferrous ion catalyst in illumination oxidization reaction and solves the problems of production and treatment of by-products of iron salt mud.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of wastewater treatment, in particular to a treatment process for cellulose wastewater. Background technique [0002] In the production process of cellulose ether, it is first necessary to add excess alkali for etherification, and then it is necessary to add acid for neutralization. During the acid-base neutralization process, a solution containing a large amount of sodium salt will be produced. And part of the cellulose that has not been replenished together constitutes a very characteristic cellulose wastewater. Its COD content can be as high as 8000 mg / L or more. It is a high-salt concentration and refractory wastewater. Its treatment has always been the industry headaches for people. [0003] Among the existing wastewater treatment methods, photo-Fenton catalysis and biological treatment are the treatment schemes that are being researched by cutting-edge science and are suitable for refractory wastewate...
