Abstract

According to the confocal waveguide ceramic open annulated column microwave absorption device of the invention, the ceramic open annulated columns are adopted to absorb energy irradiated from a high-frequency interaction structure, and diffracted microwaves can be reflected and absorbed many times in the cavities of the annulated columns, and therefore, backward wave oscillation can be better suppressed, local overheating can be prevented, the heat dissipation problem of the high-frequency interaction system can be solved to a certain extent, and the stability of a confocal waveguide gyro travelling wave tube can be improved; and compared with other structures of the same size with the open annulated columns, the open annulated columns have a larger internal surface area and a greater superficial area for absorbing radiation electromagnetic waves and have higher microwave absorption efficiency, thereby improving the average power capacity and stability of the confocal waveguide gyro travelling wave tube.
