The mixed transport and separation device comprises a conveying pipe used for conveying materials; the conveying pipe is provided with a hydrogen energy input opening and a mixing device for mixing hydrogen energy and a material; the other end of the conveying pipe is provided with a separation and purification device capable of separating the hydrogen energy out; the separation and purification device is provided with a hydrogen energy output opening. The mixed transport and separation device for hydrogen and natural gas is characterized in that a conventional material conveying pipe is modified and the hydrogen energy input opening and the hydrogen energy output opening are added; hydrogen energy and a material are mixed and separated in input and output processes, and thus hydrogen energy is transported.
