The apparatus comprises a generator, a low pressure cylinder, an intermediate pressure cylinder, a high pressure cylinder, a compressor, a combustion room, a turbine, a heat recovery boiler, an air parameter measuring unit, a compressor outlet parameter measuring unit, a fuel gas parameter measuring unit, a turbine exhausting parameter measuring unit, a boiler exhausting parameter measuring unit, and a turbine efficiency calculation module. The generator, the low pressure cylinder, the intermediate pressure cylinder, the high pressure cylinder, the compressor, the combustion room, the turbine, and the heat recovery boiler are connected successively; and data from the air parameter measuring unit, the compressor outlet parameter measuring unit, the fuel gas parameter measuring unit, the turbine exhausting parameter measuring unit, and the boiler exhausting parameter measuring unit are transmitted to the turbine efficiency calculation module.
