Abstract

The photon counting linear array readout circuit comprises a synchronization module and a pixel array formed by a plurality of pixel units. Each pixel unit comprises an APD detector, an interface circuit, a counter, a storage device and a dead time adjustable circuit. The dead time adjustable circuit is used for generating a reset signal for enabling the interface circuit to reset according to the received standard pulse voltage counting signal state after a delay time, and generating a control signal to adjust delay time of the next frame according to a count value, that is, the count value of the current frame, of pixels within current exposure time, and according to the judged count value of the current frame.
