Abstract

The invention discloses an infrared focal plane reading circuit. The reading circuit includes a unit bias circuit, an integral circuit and an on-chip analog-digital conversion circuit. The integral circuit includes a first switch tube, a second switch tube and an integral capacitor. The output terminal of the unit bias circuit is connected with the input terminal of the first switch tube. The input terminal of the second switch tube is connected with a setting terminal. The output terminal of the first switch tube and the output terminal of the second switch tube are both connected with one end of a switch capacitor and the input terminal of the on-chip analog-digital conversion circuit. The other terminal of the switch capacitor is in grounded connection. The on-chip analog-digital conversion circuit includes a first inverter, a second inverter, a third inverter, an exclusive-OR gate, a built-in sequence counter and a register. According to the invention, an operation amplifier is saved in the integral circuit of the reading circuit, so that the circuit structure is simple and the power consumption of the whole reading circuit can be reduced substantially during a process of processing large scale array data. Besides, the three inverters are utilized for replacing a simulation comparator and the power consumption of the whole reading circuit is reduced further.
