Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting polysaccharides from passion fruit peel. The method comprises the following steps: (1) soaking the passion fruit peel into hot water, and carrying out ultrasonic extraction and centrifugation; and (2) filtering an extracting solution obtained in the step (1) by virtue of an ultrafiltration membrane, adding absolute ethyl alcohol into the filtrate, and carrying out reduced pressure concentration, so as to obtain passion fruit peel polysaccharides.
