Abstract
The invention discloses a method for extracting polysaccharides from passion fruit peel. The method comprises the following steps: (1) soaking the passion fruit peel into hot water, and carrying out ultrasonic extraction and centrifugation; and (2) filtering an extracting solution obtained in the step (1) by virtue of an ultrafiltration membrane, adding absolute ethyl alcohol into the filtrate, and carrying out reduced pressure concentration, so as to obtain passion fruit peel polysaccharides. The method has the advantages that the pollution, the solvent residue and the phase change are avoided, the extraction rate is high, the product quality is good, the operation is simple, and the control is convenient, and the like.
