Problems solved by technology

[0003] However, the current ultrasonography relies too much on the subjective experience of clinicians, and even the patient's signs can be used to draw conclusions.
The drawbacks of this highly subjective assistant diagnosis and treatment system include: too long training curve for ultrasound doctors, uneven quality, regional differences in ultrasound medical level, etc.

Embodiment Construction

[0029] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. The illustrative embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are used to explain the present invention, but are not intended to limit the present invention.

[0030] like figure 1 As shown, an intelligent auxiliary decision-making system based on multimodal ultrasonomics,

[0031] Step 1: Obtain multimodal ultrasound data of patient morphology, blood perfusion and hardness from different signal sources of the ultrasound instrument;

[0032] (1) Extraction of conventional ultrasound signals: The ultrasound signals of diseases are stored in static Dicom type files, and the basic signal differences of diseases are analyzed;

[0033] (2) Ultrasound radio frequency signal extraction: the ultrasound signal is stored in a Raw Data type file, and the morphological signal difference of the disease is analyzed;

[0034] (3) Ultrasonic shear wav...

Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent decision-making assisting system based on multi-modal ULTRASOMICS. Firstly, ultrasonic data from different signal sources of an instrument is acquired, an interactive or manual dividing method is adopted to locate an interested area in an ultrasonic image, data of morphology, blood perfusion and hardness science of diseases is obtained, and a multi-modal ultrasonic characteristic database is constructed; through the combination of relevant clinical information, laboratory checking information and gene chip information, ultrasomics data is mined, a machinelearning method is utilized to construct different models, the recurrence rate and the survival rate are predicted, the curative effect and the radiotherapy and chemotherapy sensitivity are judged inthe early stage, and the correlation of ultrasomics, genomics, proteomics, transcriptomics and metabonomics is analyzed. As macroscopic ultrasomics, the intelligent decision-making assisting system provides a repeatable evaluation means for noninvasive individualized precise medicine.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical image big data and artificial intelligence auxiliary decision-making, in particular to an intelligent auxiliary decision-making system based on multimodal ultrasound omics (ULTRAOMICS). Background technique [0002] Ultrasound imaging is to scan the human body with ultrasonic sound beams, and obtain images of internal organs by receiving and processing reflected signals. Ultrasound imaging methods are often used to determine the location, size, and shape of organs, determine the scope and physical properties of lesions, provide anatomical maps of some glandular tissues, and identify normal and abnormal fetuses. Digestive system, urinary system is widely used. [0003] However, the current ultrasonography relies too much on the subjective experience of the clinician, and can even draw conclusions only in combination with the patient's physical signs. The disadvantages of this overly subjective auxiliary di...
