Abstract

The invention provides a seamless pipeline with excellent CO2-H2S-SRB corrosion resistant performance. The pipeline is prepared from the following components according to mass percent: 0.03% to 0.10%of C, 0.1% to 0.5% of Si, 0.10% to 1.50% of Mn, less than 0.02% of P, less than 0.005% of S, 1.0% to 4.0% of Cr, 0.1% to 1.5% of Ni, 0.15% to 2.0% of Cu, 0.05% to 0.4% of Mo, 0.01% to 0.05% of Ti, 0.05% to 0.1% of RE and the balance of Fe. A manufacturing method of the pipeline comprises the steps of smelting and rolling into a pipe blank, punching and rolling into a pipe, then heating to 920 to 1000 DEG C by a prepared steel tube, insulating for 0.3 to 1 h according to the wall thickness of the steel pipe, and then performing quick cooling and tempering heat treatment.
