Abstract

The invention discloses a processing technology of a plastic product with oxidation resistance. The technology includes the steps of: (1) raw material mixing; (2) crushing, i.e. adding all the ingredients of step (1) into a pulverizer for crushing; (3) heating and melting, i.e. heating the mixed raw materials evenly mixed in step (2) by a high temperature heating furnace to a molten state; (4) injection molding extrusion, i.e. extruding the molten state raw materials into a needed shape by an injection molding machine; (5) cooling molding, i.e. employing air cooling for cooling molding of theextruded product; (6) product welding, i.e. conducting welding combination on the extruded product according to the needed shape; (7) surface modification, i.e. conducting filing, grinding and polishing processes to remove rough edges and burrs from the product, and correcting the size; and (8) product packaging.
