The method is characterized by carrying out, through adopting a microcomputer provided with CAD software and PVsyst software, the following processing steps: calculating of east or west and south or north slope components of mountain slope surfaces through the CAD topographic-map; substituting the calculated and obtained slope components into the PVsystsoftware for 12h sun shadow simulation, and thus obtaining simulated hourly component spacing; for the simulated hourly component spacing, expanding spacing of adjacent arrangement locations accordingto an integer multiple of the a small spacing side if a mountainous region on which photovoltaic modules are mounted is a diverted small-scale site; and drawing a CAD arrangement map of the photovoltaic modules according to actually needed hourly component spacing. Compared with the prior art, the method is high in photovoltaic-module spacing simulation result accuracy, and short in a design cycle.
