Abstract

The invention discloses mortar based on expanded perlite. The mortar is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 40 to 60% of water, 25 to 38% of inorganic cementing material, 8to 15% of heat insulation aggregate, and 3 to 5% of auxiliary material, wherein the inorganic cementing material is prepared from cement, ash calcium powder and fly ash; the heat insulation aggregateis prepared from expanded perlite, vitrified micro bubbles and rubber particles; the auxiliary materials are prepared from anti-cracking fiber, latex powder and an air entraining agent. The inventionalso discloses a preparation method of the mortar based on the expanded perlite. The mortar has the advantages that compared with the polyphenyl particle heat-insulation mortar, the heat insulation property is better; the outstanding strength, anti-deformation ability and durability are realized.
