Abstract

The invention discloses a cylinder cover inclinable-pouring die which comprises a base, a bed frame, a hydraulic support rod assembly and a die assembly. The base is arranged on the ground, and the die assembly is arranged on the base; the hydraulic support rod assembly comprises two bottom supporting rods and three horizontal supporting rods; the bottom supporting rods are symmetrically arrangedon the two sides of the base, and the tops of the bottom supporting rods are connected to the two sides of the die assembly; the horizontal supporting rods are horizontally arranged at the top of thedie assembly; and the die assembly is connected with the bed frame through the die assembly. According to the cylinder cover inclinable-pouring die, the die assembly is connected with the base and thebed frame through the hydraulic support rod assembly, meanwhile, the die assembly can do overturning motion under assemblies of the hydraulic support rod assembly, the overall inclining process is stable, and the problems of turbulent flow and air entrapment slag clamping are solved; and by means of the cylinder cover inclinable-pouring die, the die assembly is assisted by an exhaust device and acooling device, a temperature field and an airflow field keep stable in the circulating process from pouring mold filling to cooling solidification to die opening and closing, and the product yield is improved.
