According to the water-soluble light-emitting Ag-IN-S / ZNS quantum dot material, a precipitation method is adopted to prepare core-shell type quantum dots. AIS (AIS / Zn quantum dot luminescence) with a fraction up to 10-11 is selected, and the color range of visible light waveband which can be covered is from deep red to blue green, wherein the photoluminescence (Pl) quantum yield can reach 80%. The material is free of toxic heavy metals such as cadmium and the like, is green and environmentally friendly, and can be widely applicable to the aspects of biological fluorescence labeling, display illumination and the like.
